Less guesswork. More visibility.

A checklist shouldn’t
end at a clipboard.

A missed check. An unreadable note. A defect that never reaches the right person.

Paperwork can make it difficult to see what has been inspected and what needs attention. Bring your vehicle checks and inspection records together, so your team has a clearer starting point for the day.

A simple daily routine

Check. Record. Review.

Keep the process clear for drivers and useful for the people responsible for your fleet.

  1. 01

    Inspect the vehicle

Work through the vehicle’s checklist on a phone, tablet or computer. Record an answer for each item.

  2. 02

    Capture the details

Record failed checks with an explanation. Add photos and comments to give your team useful context.

  3. 03

    Review the results

See inspection outcomes and look into reported defects before deciding what action is needed.

An inspection record supports your safety process. Completing or passing a checklist does not, by itself, clear a vehicle for use.

What is PreChecks360?

PreChecks360 by Commodo is a digital vehicle inspection product. It helps teams complete pre-start checks, record defects and review vehicle inspection results.

Can drivers use a phone or tablet?

Yes. The inspection experience works in a modern web browser on phones, tablets and computers. An internet connection is required.

What happens when an inspection item fails?

The failed item is recorded with an explanation, and photos can provide extra context. Your team can review the failed inspection and decide what needs to happen next under your own safety procedures.

Does a completed inspection mean a vehicle is safe to use?

No. A completed checklist records the inspection answers. Vehicle use still depends on the condition of the vehicle, any outstanding defects and your organisation’s safety and maintenance procedures.

How do we find out about pricing?

Contact Commodo with your approximate vehicle count and inspection needs. We’ll discuss pricing and the capabilities available for your fleet.
